Terms and Conditions
All kids are registered with ADGA (unless sold as pet quality), disbudded, current on CD&T as well as cocci prevention.
We give a $25 per animal discount for 4H, LA, DHIA and Show homes (limit of 2 discounts per animal).
We only sell our goats to homes that have other goats or to a home purchasing at least two of our goats.
Prices are the same for bucks and does as we keep only the best bucklings as breeding animals. If we wouldn't be proud to use it in our own breeding program, we won't sell it to you! On rare occasions we will have mature does and bucks for sale - they are priced based on their individual merit.
No one, including us, can guarantee the mammary systems on doe kids. We strive for excellence in conformation, dairy character and mammary system, but breeding animals is not a perfect science. To know for sure what a mammary system looks like we recommend purchasing a milker if available.
Prices quoted are for animals picked up at the farm; additional charges including kennels, health certificates, shipping costs, mileage etc., are the responsibility of the buyer. Basic health certificates are $40-$50 per animal. Any additional testing required, such as for TB or Brucellois, will be added to your bill.
Prices are determined by genetics, show record, confirmation, and mammary systems. Kids will be available as soon as they are weaned at 8-9 weeks of age.
Prices for blue eyed/polled kids will be higher than brown eyed/disbudded kids.
Multiple purchase on 3 or more discounts available!

~As the breeder, we reserve first rights on all breeding's~
Bucks and Wether Kids
Please Note:
Until 8 weeks of age all the "wethers" are actually still intact bucks. Kids listed as buck/wether may be sold as bucks if someone reserves them as a buck before 7 weeks of age. If not they will be sold as wethers for a lower price.
Reserving a Kid
I as the breeder/owner get the privilege of ALWAYS having the first choice of all kids born.
If you would like to reserve a kid from a planned breeding please email me and let me know which breeding you would like to reserve a kid. Reservations on unborn kids are free and first come first serve. Once kid is born we will begin emailing interested parties in that order. If you're still interested in the kid we request a non refundable deposit of $100 (does and bucks) or $50 (wethers) for each animal purchased within 7 days to hold the kid as yours. Remaining balance is required at pick-up of animal. Deposits are non-refundable once you decide to put one down. You may only receive your money back if the said kid dies in our care or we decide to retain it in our herd. They are transferable to another kid within a year span as well. Kids are typically ready to leave at about 8-9 weeks. "Wethers" are bucks until the time of banding which we do at about 7-8 weeks old, then they are ready to go to their new homes. Transportation of the animal is the buyers responsibility, but I am willing to work with buyers and try to agree on a pick up and/or delivery for a fee. Upon kids being ready to go to their new homes they must be picked up within 14 days unless other arrangements have been made. After 14 days a boarding fee wiill be charged at a rate of $1.00 per day. Air shipping available at buyers expense and fee for travel on my end. (Airport is 265 miles round trip)
.:There will be a $35 fee added for any returned checks:.
**Please note I am not responsible for any animals once they leave my property**
Reserving breeding/Adult Age Animals
If you would like to reserve an adult breeding doe and/or buck that is for sale we request $100 (non refundable) at the time of reservation to hold the animal as "yours." Again, animals will be held no longer than 14 days. After 14 days a boarding fee will be charged at a rate of $1.00 per day.
All animals sold will be in good health, up-to-date on all shots, de-worming and hoof trimmings. Our herd is tested annually for CAE, CL and Johnes and we remain NEGATIVE!! We want our customers to be satisfied with the condition the animal comes to them in! After it leaves our property we are NOT responsible for it's condition and/or health.
Shipping
We ship dam raised kids at 8-10 weeks of age, out of the Portland airport, using primarily American, Delta and other major carriers. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. This includes health papers and any testing which may be required for shipping animals, crate, etc. We will make all the arrangements with the buyer being responsible for picking up the kid on their end.
Shipping costs using AA Priority Parcel and Continental are currently running in the neighborhood of $300 - $400 for a medium or intermediate kennel with a total combined weight of 50 pounds or less. This cost is of course subject to change. We can usually ship two young kids of similar size in a kennel together for the same price, although occasionally the airlines have an issue with this.
We do charge $150 for our five hour round trip to the airport. We will gladly bring your kids to any show that we are attending, free of charge. Even better, we encourage you to pick up your kids at the farm if possible, so that you can see the dam and other relatives first-hand.
